    The international trail, the so called “Zielony Rower” (Greenway) wends its way through the most beautiful places of the region and consists of marked out local trails. It is as long as nearly 1000 kilometres. Some of the trails can be followed only on a mountain bike, however one can follow most of the trails on a tourer.

    The Solina Lake is the biggest artificial body of water in Poland and one of the biggest tourist attractions of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The overall length of the shore exceeds 160km and has plenty of bays and gulfs and picturesque fiords.

     The international route “the Green Bicycle” (“Zielony Rower”), full of marked routes leading through the most beautiful corners of the Bieszczady Mountains, is almost 1000 kilometers long. The exquisite bicycle routes have been marked in the areas of The Przemyskie Foothills, Dynowskie Foothills and in Beskid Niski.

    Jarosław Festival of ,,Old-time Music” Enthusiasts of old-time music are welcome to visit Jarosław. Every year in August the historic interiors of churches including orthodox churches resound with the music from previous centuries.

    In the region function five flying clubs, offering tourist flights by plane, glider or powered hang glider. The centrem in Rzeszów, Bieszczady, Mielec and Stalowa Wola run parachute, glider, plane, powered hang glider and model-making training courses.
