  • Kamieniec

    From the 14th century the castle was the property of the Kamieniecki house. Later it was extended, and as a result of property divisions it was frequently the home of two families, often in the state of conflict.

  • Horse-riding tourism

    Hilly or mountainous terrains account for the best conditions for horse riding therefore, the Bieszczady and the Beskid Niski are the perfect places to practisethis kind of sport and leisure.

    The Solina Lake is the biggest artificial body of water in Poland and one of the biggest tourist attractions of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The overall length of the shore exceeds 160km and has plenty of bays and gulfs and picturesque fiords.
  • Hunting and Fishing

    The Podkarpackie region is a real heaven for hunters who come here from all over the Europe. The majority of them are regular guests who prefer to come here instead of a safari.

    It is important to mention that the Podkarpackie Voivodeship has rich tradition of aviation as the first aviation centres were established in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship in the 1930’s of the 20th century.
  • Winter Sports and Attractions

    Long-lasting winter conditions and picturesque landscape are the main reasons for visiting the region. Winter usually lasts here from the middle of December till the end of March.

    The majority of extreme events and entertainment is organised in the wilderness of the Beskid Niski and the Bieszczady Mountains, perfectly fitted for this kind of entertainment. All-terrain vehicle rallies will surely bring a lot of fun to those who love bumpy terrain driving.
